DELIVERIES
          
Any changes to arranged deliveries must be made via e-mail 48 hours prior to delivery. e.g. Change to delivery date or address. Failure to do so resulting in a failed delivery through no fault of our own will result in a second delivery charge being made. This charge will be a minimum of £25 per re-delivery attempt.

PLEASE NOTE: on receipt of goods, the item must be checked and signed for. If you are unhappy with the goods in any way, the goods must be refused and returned with the courier. If you accept the goods unchecked then this MUST be made clear on couriers paperwork. i.e. Write 'UNCHECKED' next to your signature, simply saying 'did not have time' is not sufficient. Failure to carry out this procedure may result in any claims for damage being refused.

If goods are refused for this reason please inform us within 24 hours by phone(08000 280604) or email(info@covermebeautiful.co.uk).

This does not affect your statutory rights as consumer.
      
EXTRA CHARGES
          
We have a policy of not hiding any charges, if there is any additional charge to be added to your order you will be notified and we will not process payment until you confirm acceptance of these charges.              
        
RETURNS CHARGES
          
In the event of damaged goods please contact us immediately on 08000 280604.

DAMAGED GOODS
          
All deliveries should be inspected on arrival. If there are any signs of damage do not accept delivery and inform us immediately. All damages must be reported to us within 5 days of delivery. Your statutory rights are not affected by this clause. 
          
LOCAL TAXES AND IMPORT DUTY
          
Cover Me Beautiful radiatorcabinets shall in no way be liable for any Import Duty, Local Taxes, Customs Clearance, etc. that might be charged for importing goods from the UK to your country. It is up to you, the customer to find out what rate of duty is applicable in your country/state. In some cases your postal service will not release your goods until the duty has been paid. The best advice we can give is that if you are unsure of any aspect of dealing with us then please phone or contact us by email and we'll be happy to advise.
